Portland International Airport Parking

Portland Oregon International Airport has a range of options for parking at the airport. These options include Short-term, Long-term, Economy and Valet Parking.

Payment Methods for parking at PDX are cash, debit cards, America Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.

Airport Parking Assistance is available every day from 7.30 AM to 9.00 PM through calling +1 503-460-4234.

Extended Stay at PDX Parking is when a vehicle is parked for more than 30 days and a motorcycle for more than 7 days. This should be arranged with the parking office prior to the stay. Vehicles that are parked for longer without the consent of the parking office are subject to towing at the owner’s own expense.

Disabled Parking spaces can be found on each floor of the parking garage and next to the shuttle bus shelters on the economy lots. Vehicles displaying a valid state-issued disabled permit, placard or license plate validates a discounted daily maximum parking rate in the short-term garage, long-term garage as well as the economy lots.

Free Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking is available at the airport.

The motorcycle parking is located at the north end of the upper roadway and at the south end of the Commercial Roadway. Parking is well marked and signage on Airport Way shows the way. Motorcycle parking is only available in these locations and is not available in either of the parking garages or in the Economy lots.

The bicycle parking is located at the north and the south ends of the roadway closest to the terminal building.

Short-Term Parking at Portland International Airport

The airport’s short-term parking is located in the parking garage located right opposite the airport terminal and it is connected with the terminal through sky bridges on level 4 as well as tunnels.

The parking garage offers 3,300 public parking spaces, including Handicap Accessible parking spaces as well as 24 Electric Vehicle charging stations (10 are located on level 4 and 14 are located on level 3).

Short-term parking offers the shortest walk to the terminal, a height clearance of 8 ft//2.4 m and free jump starts and flat tire assistance when needed.

Long-Term Parking at Portland International Airport

The long-term parking garage is located right behind the short-term garage and it is connected to the terminal through the South and North tunnels. It offers 3,000 parking spaces that include Handicap Accessible spaces as well as 10 Electric Vehicle charging stations (located on level 2).

The walk to the terminal is short, the height clearance is 8 ft/ 2.4 m and free jump starts and flat tire assistance is available when needed.

Economy Parking at Portland International Airport

Portland Airport’s Economy Parking options are two surface lots, red and blue, located near I-205 off of Airport Way. It offers 7,900 parking spaces, free jump starts and flat tire assistance. Handicap Accessible parking spaces are available and free parking shuttles run regularly between the parking lot and the main terminal with a frequency of approximately every 7-9 minutes from 4.00 AM to midnight, and every 15 minutes between midnight and 4.00 AM. The ride takes approximately 7-9 minutes one way.

• Per Day: $12

The seventh (7th) day is free of charge.

Valet Parking at Portland International Airport

Portland Oregon International Airport also offers Valet Parking as an option and it is the most convenient and the quickest way to park at the airport.

Drop-off is located next to the ticket counter and the vehicle will be ready upon the return to PDX. Electric Vehicle charging stations are available.

Valet Parking is always open and never full, and there is a convenient online check-in option to alert the valet parking staff of the arrival at the airport for an even speedier process at drop-off.

Cell Phone Waiting Area at Portland International Airport

The airport’s Cell Phone Waiting Area is located off of N.E. Airport Way and N.E. 82nd Avenue and there is signage for motorists to follow when approaching the airport.

This is where greeters can wait for free for up to 30 minutes while the traveler goes through the arrival process. Once they are ready to be picked up in the passenger pick-up curbside area outside the airport terminal a quick call to the greeter and they will be located at the terminal in a short 3-minute drive from the Cell Phone Waiting area. A total of 30 spaces are available.
